  1. Step 1: Work order received
    As soon as your work order hits our inbox, it’s tracked, prioritised, and logged in our system. You don’t need to chase us or wonder if it’s been seen – we’re already on it.
  2. Step 2: Confirmation & tenant coordination
    We respond promptly to confirm the job and advise when we’ll be attending. If access is required, we contact the tenant directly to lock in a time, saving you the back-and-forth.
  3. Step 3: Tenant notification before arrival
    We send the tenant a courtesy text or call 30 minutes before arriving. This keeps them informed and helps reduce no-shows and access issues.
  4. Step 4: Works completed
    Our experienced team attends site as scheduled, completes the works professionally, and treats the property with care. We tidy up, take before/after photos where appropriate, and ensure everything is left safe and functional.
  5. Step 5: Reporting & invoicing
    For urgent jobs or additional issues, you receive a same-day update including invoice, job report, photos, and any quotes for further work. For standard jobs, all documentation is submitted within 48 hours, so you’re never left in the dark.
